Returns and Cancellations
Returns
Quali T guarantees the quality of your imprint (screen printing, embroidery, etc.) on all our products. However, if you wish to return your order, please inspect your merchandise as soon as it arrives so that it can be returned promptly. Blank products may be returned within 5 business days of invoice date; a restocking fee of 25%, and shipping fees will apply. Because they are customized to your specifications, imprinted garments or promotional products cannot be returned. To return an order, please e-mail us at customerservice@QualiTinc.com to obtain a return authorization number.
Cancellations/Changes/Substitutions
Quali T makes every effort to accommodate your requests throughout the ordering process. If you must make a change or cancel your order, please call 888-845-5587 or email us at customerservice@QualiTinc.com or your customer service specialist as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed and confirmed by e-mail or verbally, no changes can be made. If a change can be completed prior to production restocking and shipping fees will apply. For complete cancellation an additional fee of $25 will apply. If your item is backordered or substitution for out-of-stock items must be made, a Quali T Customer Service Specialist will contact you before processing your order.
Spirit or e-Store Purchases
Due to products being customized per school or organization, items purchased from Quali T’s Spirit/e- Stores cannot be returned or exchanged. During a sale, blank samples are normally provided for sizing purposes. Sorry, we cannot accept QT Gift cards for any e-store purchases.
