Orders placed before 2:00PM CST will be processed that day. Orders of blank items will ship the same day. Our normal production time is 2 weeks or 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We reserve the right to extend this production time during high volume periods. Promotional products are vendor sensitive production times. You will be notified on production times. We cannot ship to a PO Box using UPS shipping; a street address must be supplied.
